Durban – This weekend sees Clare Vale travel to Durban for the final round of this year’s SupaDrift series. The series will again form part of the Durban Motor Show and the drifting will be taking place in the parking lot at the Convention Centre. The 2012 event proved very popular and this bodes well for an even more successful event this year.
Clare is now a regular in the Supadrift Top 16 and will be looking to progress even further up the ladder this weekend. The RAM Mustang is realising its potential with each event, and with Clare’s recent 3rd place finish at the final round of the Japan Auto Drift Championship, she’ll be keen to frank this form in Durban.
Clare Vale on the event: ”We’ve always believed the RAM Mustang had the potential to be a top drift car, and the progress we’ve made this season is proving us to be right. If you consider that we’re still in a development phase with this car, the prospects for next year are hugely exciting! The Muzzie is now equally effective on the high speed drift circuits and the tighter enclosed ones, so we’re looking forward to giving our KZN supporters a really good show this weekend.”
